T.E. (Cooter) Mills created Mills Well Drilling in 1961 after serving in marine corps.The company known for its quality services and long term commitment
to customer and community. Using modern equipment and technique to provide a wide range of services to meet customer needs. In late 90s, Kevin Conoly, took over operations to continue quality service and meeting the needs of our customer.
